I found this fascinating quote today:

hi mishra ji, i am mitra from vienna, austria. I am originally from Nepali. I would like to know how and why is that you could be able to get indian food by the help of nepalis?

Nice to know about you and thanks for submitting a response here. In Leuven, there are large number of people from Nepal who are involved in food business, starting from the supply of raw material to managing restaurants named Indian Restaurants.
